When beginning my journey with affirmations, I felt a lot of resistance to it. Was it actually going to help me or get me anywhere? Was I just wasting my breath?
In the beginning it felt that way. Sometimes the words I spoke to myself in affirmation felt like a lie.
But after some time….things began to shift.
